Buying

Q. What payment choices do I have when buying an artwork?
A. When you click on the "Buy Now" button you can pay by Pay Pal or credit / debit card online. You can pay by credit or debit card by phoning 01926 770924. You may pay by cheque from the UK but delivery will take longer as the cheque will need to clear first. Please make cheques payable to "Warwickshire Artists" and send to the address on the contact page.

Q. How long will my purchase take to arrive?
A. In the majority of cases your purchase will arrive within 7 days, but always within 28days. If you need your purchase urgently, please let us know.

Q. Can I return my purchase if I am not happy with it?
A. We are confident you will be delighted with your purchase. All our artists are professional artists or of a high standard and all artists are screened for quality before becoming members. However, should a problem arise, goods may be returned within 7 days for a full refund, less postage costs. Please see full returns policy.

Q. Why do the images have the wording "Warwickshire Artists" on them?
A. This is a watermark placed on the image to protect copyright. This wording will not be on the artwork itself.
