We have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items displayed and for sale, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to pay for items. Sellers

By subscribing to the website, sellers agree to sell items of a good quality and condition. Sellers agree to post and pack securely any items which are sold on the website to the buyer within two weeks of notification of the sale. Sellers agree to only place items that are for sale in the sales room, and agree to notify Warwickshire Artists immediately if an item is no longer for sale. Warwickshire Artists will pay the seller the asking price, less agreed charges, when the sold item has been received by the buyer and the buyer is completely satisfied.

Buyers

When purchasing items on the website, buyers agree to pay for any bought items in full using the PayPal system. Goods should be received in 28 days or before. Buyers will be asked to confirm receipt of items bought.
